Once your order has been carefully packaged and handed over to the shipping carrier, responsibility for delivery lies with the carrier. We are not liable for any delays, lost, or damaged items that may occur during transit. 

If an issue arises, we kindly ask that you reach out directly to the shipping carrier for assistance. To help ensure smooth delivery, please double-check that your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout, as we cannot be held responsible for packages lost due to incorrect information. 

*The processing time is updated on the top of our home page and this is the time taken to produce the item. When the item is then made then the item will be shipped within the estimated shipping time frame.
